Powdered Soup for Udon & Soba Noodles Flavored with Flying Fish Soup Stock
This is an authentic udon noodles soup using grilled flying fish caught in Kyushu. You can enhance the taste of udon even more by adding some toppings such as tempura, egg, thin deep-fried tofu and sliced fish cake. This powder can be also used for cooking soup, Chawan-mushi (steamed egg custard) and Oden (a type of Japanese hot pot dish) as a soup stock.

How to Use
Add one serving of this powder and approx. 200g of udon noodles into a pot of 270ml of hot water. Turn on the burner and mix them gently while cooking. When it comes to a boil, it is ready to eat.
