This is a gentle-taste nabe soup produced by using sweet-tasted amazake koji and our factory-made salted rice malt. This soup doesn’t contain chemical seasonings. All rice used in this product is from Saga prefecture, Japan.

How to Use
Recommended Ingredients and Preparations (for 3-4 people)
Cooking Procedures:
1. Before opening, shake the package well. Then, pour the contents into a pot and let it come to a boil.
2. When it starts to boil, add ingredients into the pot (add hard-to-cook ingredients first). After adding all ingredients, cover the pot with a lid and boil it over medium heat.
3. When they are cooked, pour the ingredients and the soup into a bowl and eat them.
4. (Optional) Enjoy cooking rice porridge and noodles using the remaining soup.
