This is an authentic Champon soup produced using dashi soup stock. It uses pork extract and vegetables powder as base ingredients. This powder can also be used for cooking stir-fried rice, stir-fried vegetables, vegetable stew and so on.

How to Use
(1) Heat a pan with oil and add ingredients of your choice (pork, vegetables kamaboko fish cake and so on). Stir-fry and season them lightly with salt and pepper. After they are cooked, place the ingredients onto a plate.
(2) Add 300ml water into the pan. When it comes to a boil, add one serving of this Champon soup powder and the ingredients you cooked in step (1). When it comes to a boil again, it is ready to eat. Place the noodles, ingredients and soup onto a plate or bowl and enjoy Champon!
This powder is also good for cooking stir-fried vegetables, stir-fried rice and so on!
