How to Use

When you cook udon or soba noodles, warm this soup and use it without diluting.

You can use this soup for various dishes as shown below:

  • For cooking Udon or Soba Noodles (1 serving): Use one package of this soup as a broth.
  • For cooking Rice Porridge (3 servings): Mix one package of this soup with 300ml of water and use it as a broth.
  • For cooking Chawan-mushi (steamed egg custard) (3 servings): Mix a half amount of this soup with 2 eggs and use it as a broth.
  • For cooking Clear Soup (2 servings): Mix one package of this soup with 150ml of water and use it as a broth.
  • For cooking Ozoni Rice Cake Soup (1 serving): Use one package of this soup as a broth.
